Thinking of getting the surgery soon and wondering what I need to be aware of. I would also like to know of the gains you had because of it as well as any negatives to the surgery.

Never had the surgery. No need to.
If you are over 4 inches long and 4 inches around, there’s not really a need for it. It could lead to infections, rough skin, and extreme discomfort.
If you’re johnson isn’t up to par, try becoming more skilled with your fingers/tongue, as almost all women need clitoral stimulation/oral sex to achieve orgasm anyways.
Also remember that you are effectively paying someone money to take a sharp object to your penis, and that should be disconcerting enough.

I recently had a repair of a repair of inquinal hernia(2nd operation after repair ruptured). I have not had an erection since(5 weeks). Could this be the result of the surgery?

Yes. It can be a result of the pain experienced during your recovery or nerves which have not yet recovered. Please make an appointment for follow up with your surgeon. Usually, this type of thing passes with time. Best wishes.

All other methods such as pills, penis pumps, creams, and certain exercises do not work. Conclusive medical studies indicate that there is hardly to no significant gains in size.

Therefore, I’m thinking of going with penis enlargement surgery.

Does anyone know if it works?
Is it safe?
How much is it?
What’s the increase of size I should expect after surgery?

My size is below average, and I do believe that size matters to a certain extent, even if you know how to use it.
So if someone can please tell me of any information they know, that would be highly appreciated.

Also, does anyone know of any surgeons that do this type of procedure?
