I don’t usually have an erection without physical stimulation. I’m assuming it is not a typical sequence at age 24 no? I’m a cigarette smoker, would that have anything to do with it.

He should see his Dr, this is not normal at 32. Could be a number of things such as stress, hormonal imbalance, diabetes, side effects of medications…

Most massage therapists will understand if you get an erection. It happened to me once, and they stopped and asked if I wanted them to stop or continue. The therapist was actually very cool about it, and acted like it was very normal. It made me feel better about it, and the erection went away.
