Thinking of getting the surgery soon and wondering what I need to be aware of. I would also like to know of the gains you had because of it as well as any negatives to the surgery.

Never had the surgery. No need to.
If you are over 4 inches long and 4 inches around, there’s not really a need for it. It could lead to infections, rough skin, and extreme discomfort.
If you’re johnson isn’t up to par, try becoming more skilled with your fingers/tongue, as almost all women need clitoral stimulation/oral sex to achieve orgasm anyways.
Also remember that you are effectively paying someone money to take a sharp object to your penis, and that should be disconcerting enough.

Ok in this section I see more and more questions from men requesting ways to “make it bigger” and I am wondering whats with the obsession?

The average man is about 6″ and the average woman has a vaginal canal that is between 3.5-5 inches. This being said, as the vagina is a muscle that can contract and expand, why do men seem to think they need 11″ penis’ to please a woman?

I do believe it to be porn, though often those guys look like shi* AND have ugly thin, or small equipment lol… What do you think it is? Is it porn in addition to the “notion” that a REAL man has a large penis? I am curious because of the questions, and my husband is my first and only so I dont know about all the other sizes and all that.

BUT I have heard horror stories from my friends who have experienced the 11″ and the 5″ and have said often that if a guy doesnt know what he is doing it doesnt matter what his size is. Ladies do you agree? Guys what is your take?

hmmm… such an intricate question

1) Ron Jeremy makes us all feel somewhat inadequate… but hey, at least Im better looking. lol

2) Advertising is a b*tch – allow me to explain. Anyone who has email gets 100 junk mails a week about this. Then you see all this crap on tv about enzyte… and “male enhancement”. Basically, it makes men feel inadequate the same way magazines of rail thin women make women feel fat.

Those exercises can help to increase blood flow to the penis, which in turn makes the penis erect due to engorgement with blood. However, whether or not they can add much length or girth is up to debate. I think the best method is to be satisfied with what you were given and pay more attention to what your partner finds pleasurable.

you still have to pay shipping for free trials, so you are still losing money for something that doesnt work….do you think there would be ANY small penises on the earth if people could just pop a pill to grow a bigger johnson….
