Yes it is. All you need to do is read on this matter carefully and remember this rule: if it hurts it’s bad and you’re doing it wrong. Penis tissue is stretchy, extremely stretchy. And if you’re patient and regular with your penis enlargement exercises you should see benefits after two months or so. Actually, your erections will be stronger and you won’t lose sensitivity :)
Don’t injure yourself.

Good luck and happy growing :D

  1. NO.
Jelqing is very dangerous, and should not be done.
The process basically tears tissue, and is replaced by scar tissue. Scar tissue by nature is inflexible, and less sensitive than normal tissue.
Please avoid this, it can effect your sexual health the remainder of your life.
If you have concerns about your size, you really should see a Urologist. They are specialists on this, and can objectively determine if you if fact do have a size problem. (If you are 4″ or more in erect length, you should have no problem satisfying a partner).
Remember, orgasms come from the brain. Excellent technique with a 4″, will always be more satsifying to a woman than average technique with a 7″er.
